This is a massage spa that offers massages. I tried giving this place multiple opportunities to make this right. They are not giving customers massages, they are rubbing lotion on them, stretching and lifting and then wipeing the lotion off and charging you $80 an hour for a PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE! This is not ok, when you make an appointment with a licensed business you expect to recieve the services you pay for. I spoke with the business owner multiple times regarding these issues and she continue to charge me full price and say that was their technique!
