Fake Andrew Christian underwear advertiser via Instagram:

Made a purchase in July. Could not interpret the tracking website they gave me. I contacted them. They said I received it. I informed I did not and they claimed to have sent another package. It never arrived.

I decided to request for a refund in September. They wanted to give me 70% of $45.20, but I pushed back for 100% of my payment. They said OK. I still have yet to receive the refund and it’s now November, 2024. I continue to receive a ‘copy & paste’ message via email whenever I reach out to them for updates.

Please do not support this company called YKL*cuparian based in London, GBR. I’m assuming they pretend to be in various locations to avoid being prosecuted. I only hope them the worst for being a fraud. It’s unfortunate and I fell for it.

I made an order with this company thalassade1, they "sent me the products" twice and I never received it. They reply to my emails but there is no solution, they just just said sorry and keep going in circles with their answers. This has to stop don't believe or trust anything from this website. Even the actual company "Christian Andrews" they said they don't recognize or make any kind of business with them.

There is a scam that is imitating Andrew Christian Website. The seller is in the UK. The items ordered aren’t shipped. Payment is taken. A small costume jewelry ring is mailed through China Post, through customs and then through the US Postal Service. The site is an elaborate scheme that makes you think you are purchasing Andrew Christian Underwear at a clearance price. The small ring box in a mailing envelope is sent instead showing movement and tracking history. When the worthiness fake ring arrives your tracking shows that your Andrew Christian Underwear was delivered . I asked for a refund but the seller’s suggestion is to file a claim with the postal service which would be test another fraudulent action. I have many screenshots and correspondences . If you would like to see those please let me know. This is a very dishonest person that needs to be held accountable.
