I ordered some masks and filters off the website. I emailed them about a tracking # and they provided me one. I tracked it but I haven’t received my package and it says that it is in Atlanta but not yet received by post office and this was 3/15/2020. I reached out to post office who said that it’s legit tracking # but they don’t see that the postal service have received the package. I went back to website which is a Shopify website and it says that it was no longer available. They said to the return product send to this address 3711 Medical Drive, Apt 1524, San Antonio TX 78229, United States. Did I get scammed? I need to stop all payments as well.
