The address is a residential address. The picture of the “Thatcher Heavy Duty Towing” building on google maps is fake. It doesn’t exist.
They are not local.
They scam you by charging you upfront a cost for a towing service, which is double the amount you should be paying.
Then they tell you 60-90 minutes for the driver to arrive. No one calls you. No one shows up.
When you try to call back, they give you the run around. Eventually a real towing company, ie. “Aloha towing” might contact you, however they will also give you the run around and hang up on you if you question anything.
