I ordered a ride on dump truck on 12/14/2018 with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The day after Christmas I contacted them via email as they do not provide a phone number asking for details on my order. On 12/27/2018 they notified me the order was on back order and their supplier was not providing any additional information and could be shipped that day or in 3 months. I at that time cancelled my order and requested a refund. On Jan 4 2019 and Jan 21, 2019 I sent follow up emails requesting an update as the refund had not been returned to me.

The response I have received both times is that they have “systematic procedures” on their end before they can process the refund. I have refrained from filing a complaint with my bank as they have in previous complaints used that as an excuse to not pay and it seems like that works for them. I have not disputed the charge with my bank yet. But they are really leaving me no other choice. This action and their response appears to be common. I wish I had done more research before attempting to make a purchase from this company.

Hello, First of all, this so-called business will NEVER EVER answer their phone, all you get is a voice message. I bought online a “Samsung 55” Class TV (un55mu6300fxza) from ThatHomeStuff.com. The item arrived damaged (Scratch Screen and no remote control). I have notified the vendor around Mon, Sep 24, 2018, 9:53 AM via email that the TV arrived damaged and I need to return it ASAP. The vendor refused to acknowledge his own return policies and denied that he can return or exchange it. After several emails from me to the vendor that I have also included a copy of his own policy, he agreed to return the item but he needed to receive the TV first. A return label was provided by the vendor that was issued by Walmart return!!! After I pointed that out to him, he stated that he is a Walmart authorized vendor/dealer etc. The TV was shipped back but the vendor refused to acknowledge that he received the item and again after several emails from me including the tracking number that he provided and showing that the TV was shipped he claimed that now he needs to sweep his warehouse looking for the TV and that will take seven business days. The seven business days turned to be fourteen business days and now he doesn't return any of my emails.
