Two neighbors were mailed cards like this. I am very concerned that the sender is targeting people to scam them out of their homes. I am worried that the sender is targeting the elderly. The wording on the card is certainly misleading and shady.

This company is sending post cards to elderly individuals that very alarming and require immediate action. They want you to call their recorded line at 330 485 3475 so that they can scare you into getting a loan from them. All their phone numbers are always busy when you try calling the office.
