The scammer started a real estate business and needed a sale to get the business noticed. He approached me with an offer to sell my house and buy a condo in Florida, for me to live in. When the sale was made on my house, he did not keep his end of the deal. He got the fees from the sale of my house and never made the attempt to buy in Florida like was promised in the deal. Instead I was left without a place to live and forced to move into an apartment complex. This sale kicked off his real estate business, and he has since totally disregarded me and the promise to buy in Florida. The guy is a real snake in the grass that hides his bad intentions very well.
