I purchased two of these stuffed toy tarantulas as gifts and got an e-mail right away with an order confirmation, then a tracking number, but the package was never sent to the carrier and it's been over a month. I notified the company who has since changed names and no response. I contacted the carrier and they said it was likely a scam. Now I need to contact my credit card company and see if they will issue a refund. They have a new set of items for sale on their new page and I doubt very much that a single person has ever received any items from them.
