Phone message (from 571-454-8761) says they are "the attourneys" and that they've sent some information and are following up. They've determined that (I) don't have to pay back my unsecured debt. They don't blame (me) for not answering, with all of the debt collectors that are calling (me).Call back number: 352-900-2564. Directed me to mention in return call: "loan program ID 20401".

Total scam meant to fool people who may be working with attourneys (not me) and who have overwhelming debt (not me). It didn't work on me but I can imagine there are many gullible people on whom it would work.
