Upon checking tracking information, USPS website lists it as pre-shipment with the label having been created on May 13. This is when I decided this is a scam--labels are created to create tracking information when customers try to cancel orders, but the items never go out. Seller probably never pays the post office for the shipping either. Requested refund again. Awaiting reply.
