When I contacted them via email to return the product, they first offered me a discount to keep the product. When I refused, they stated that my bank account would be credited in 4-8 business days. It has been longer than that now, and I still have no refund. Also, they did not refund the shipping amount of around $6, which probably covers their profit for this poor quality product.
Also, the company takes a very long time to respond to your emails and no phone number is provided. I only found a physical address (an apartment in Florida that has been linked to another business that has received complaints also) via this ScamPulse.com website.
