Last year one of our owners decided to market with The Best of Souderton for a fee of $199 for a listing. Not sure this is even a real company as there is not much information about them but this year they reached out to us about renewing. We informed NAME from The Best of Souderton that we would not be renewing this year. 10 months later he charged our credit card for the renewal without our approval. We never authorized him to save our credit card or charge it.

We have in an email response that we did not want to renew so NAME tried to slide this through in hopes we would not catch it. I've reached out to NAME asking for a refund and he did not respond. I followed up again and he did not respond. Sending this in so others do not get taken advantage of by this scam.
