Then I received the contract which says they take a 20% gross pay cut of what I earn, which didn't sound bad until I read what they defined as gross pay.
Any avenue of income, whether procured by them or not they take 20% of before taxes. So if you own a business, you now contractually owe them 20% of all gross income from that business.
Total predatory contract that hopefully this complaint prevents others from signing.
