I ordered fishing lures on 12/11/2020 for a Christmas present for my husband. They did let me know that it would not be until middle of January 2021 that I would receive the package. The expected delivery date came and went. I emailed emailed them on 01/23/2021 letting them know that I have not received the package. I received an email from Evangelina Copeland on 01/25/2021 letting me know that it was shipped out and would be delivered. On 02/16/2021, I emailed them again letting them know that I still have not received the package. On 02/24/2021, Evangelina emailed me back stating that there was a delay in transit and to wait 7-10 more days. I was frustrated at this time and started asking for a full refund since I have now waited 2 months. I received another email on 02/26/2021 from Evangelina stating that it was still in transit and to please be patient. On 03/09/2021, I emailed them again asking for a full refund and that I was going to report them to BBB. On 03/10/2021, Evangelina emailed me and said that they contacted the post office and it was still in transit. At this point I emailed Evangelina that I have waited patiently for 3 months and I still have not received the package. She emailed me again and told me that she was going to contact the post office and for me to wait a couple more days. On 03/17/2021, I emailed Evangelina and once again told her that I have not received the package. She emailed me back on 03/18/2021 and told me to check with my post office. I emailed her back on 03/18/2021, letting her know that this was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund. I have not heard back from her since.
