The Boulevard Ad advertised a makeup brush and a eyeliner and a beauty blender all 3 of the items had there own shipping and handeling and can only be purchased online with a credit card. There website has no phone number or address I am here to warn everyone from purchasing from them I spent over $35 on this website and Im still trying to get a hold of them.
