Same here.They were pushing me so many times to buy from them and all the blah blah as everyone has stated
I did?The quality is beyond chip!Inside the envelope(?) was also a hair band ... nothing else ..! suppossingly I bought a set of 3 products.!
And of course they never posted mydog on their account, ghosting as you all said to my emails!

Iam very sad that Ididnt read any report about them before the purchase.
I still get dmessages by them with the same "ambassador" stupidity!I delete them immediately.

Buddy bandana uses shady social media practices to convince customers to buy their products. We run our own small dog business and receive daily spam messages from fake accounts stating they want us to reach out to Buddy bandana to model their products. They require you to make a purchase with the promise they will repost your photo, which they very rarely do. Their products are crap and overpriced. Please don’t fall for this scam company and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

My first clue should have been the random Instagram account that spammed me to get in touch with Buddy Bandana to get my pup to be brand model. I usually do my research before even bothering, but this is the one time I didn't even think to.

Got in touch with Megan on Instagram. I was told to order from their site and then send them a picture of my pup with their product on, and I would have a chance to have my pup featured on their page. She gave me a discount code to apply to my order, along with an extra gift (which was a sticker). I purchased 2 bandanas. Quality of the bandanas were very low - very thin single layer fabric and the stitching is already giving out after a single wash on gentle and haven't even put them on my pup yet. I will tip my hat at how elaborate their scam is and how much effort they put in - it truly has the appearance of a legit business. The discount code worked, the sticker arrived with my order, and a printed 6x4 card saying thank you for contributing to the charity cause. Lots of effort for a scam.

After finding nothing but bad reviews and reading what others had experienced, I decided to go to their website. Website down. Checked in incognito mode - still marked as being down for maintenance. I messaged Megan twice about the site supposedly being down. No response. I've been ghosted and/or blocked like everyone else.

Ordered some items with a "Brand ambassador" discount. Ordered a scarf, Head band and a shirt. Got the bandana and head band but never received a shirt. I reached out to them the same day alerting them of the missing item. I was then told it would ship out. Fast forward a month later and still no shirt. I reached out and they said it shipped a week after the bandana but yet again was unable to produce a tracking number. then I get an email stating "We are sorry you have been unable to locate the package that the **** delivered. You have two options: Ask your local post office to use their SPLU system. (Single Package Look Up) It is a GPS-enabled system that shows the exact route the postal worker took and where the package was dropped off. File a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS Buddy Bananda is not responsible for incorrect delivery by USPS. We are truly sorry we are unable to provide further assistance." How am I supposed to track/trace something without tracking. it is so sad how horrible this company is. Scamming people out of money during a pandemic. Pitiful!

I had a very bad experience with the Buddy Bandana. I didn’t recieve my goods and after waiting for 4 months I got my money back. I used the money to buy a bandana from another brand called Bandoga and I was really happy about that.

It’s a very low scam. They use the animal’s rescue as an excuse to scam people. I offered my help to spread the message cause I thought it was an amazing project but it turned out that they’re the worst. Before buying their products I talked to them via dm saying I couldn’t afford it since due to covid situation my business isn’t going well but they managed to convince me since it’s for good. I gave to them my last amount of money on my bank account and once I filled the complaint they just answered with a bot. A bot that is ready to answer to the word “scam” so just imagine how many people they’re robbing. Awful.

I paid for a pack of multiple items and I asked every now and then when I would get the package. The never responded so I kept asking and then I finally searched this up and was incredibly disappointed.

This company is a scam, they will tell you that you will be an ambassador and than stop responding andor block you once you buy merchandise. The merchandise is cheap, & lacks decent quality. They do not respond to emails, they will just block you. Do NOT buy from this company, they do not follow through.

Same as above. They looks for dog models, you buy their products which are thin and cheap items and then they never acknowledge you when you send them pictures
It's all automated replies. All the pictures on their pages are basically models. Rip off!

This company reached out seeking “dog models” and offered a discount code in order in exchange for agreeing to take photos and tag them in them of the product being used. I paid, never received my product, and to top it off they refuse to acknowledge anything, are giving me the runaround, and now are not even replying to my questions/inquiries. I’d just like my money back.

Gosh where to start. This came up. Sponsored ad they are looking for “ambassadors” but long story short it’s automated replies and after you purchase or show a purchase number (“so they can add extra things to your bag for being an ambassador”) they ghost you. Needless to say nothing extra was in my bag. Customer service at its worst. They promise you things that never happen and then ghost you. And I’m sure if you message them the dialog below will become very familiar .... someone needs to make them do right by their customers!!
