Ordered from Crystaline studios, aka the Calm Turtle, a large ammonite and three mallekite rocks. First order was never received and no tracking number sent. PayPal said it was shipped and delivered, however not to me. It was shipped without my name or street address. PayPal determined it was delivered to an address in my subdivision, but owners denied receiving it. PayPal did credit me for that sale. I thought it was an honest mistake. I ordered the same items again and are now having the same problem. No tracking number, no product. Please don’t order anything from this company.

Ordered "Stunning Rare Rainbow Ammonite Fossil-Large-7-7" x 6.3" (Qty 3) from The Calm Turtle ad on Facebook and paid by credit card thru Paypal. Filed complaint for lack of delivery with Paypal on 5/16/23. Was issued a tracking # from seller via Paypal which indicated that the item was delivered on 4/27/23. It was not. PayPal closed the "resolution case" in favor of the seller. There was never verification of delivery pending on my "Informed Delivery " from USPS. Went to the PO in Lincoln Park on 5/22/23 and was informed that, "this is a scam." Further-more the postal worker informed me that the tracking # was valid but the delivery was to a different address "on Ethyl." How is this possible? How does an item with a valid tracking # get to the wrong place but indicates on the USPS site that it was delivered to the correct one? I still would like to know. Please enlighten me.

My order apparantly was sent without my name or street address. I never got the tracking number from Calm Turtle, but PayPal did. Paypal called delivery company and verified that the box was not there, that it didn’t have my information on it. Somehow they delivered it to another address. Because PayPal verified with delivery company it was not delivered to me, I received a credit from them. Stupid me ordered it again thinking it was an honest mistake. Same problem. It’s gotta be a scam.
