got many call's from this company, and when i called them back they asked what i needed and i told them i was giving them a call back and they just hung up on me! they did a Inquiry on all my credit cards! my credit score is excellent with no out standing accounts, so i take the ding on my credit score.

I was contacted on my work phone by a lady claiming to be from Nationwide Documentary and that they had tried to serve me papers and stated my physical address. Then gave me another phone number to call and find out what it was about. That number was 877-839-0052 Northwest Administrators who are associated with Cornerstone Law Group. I contacted them and was informed it was litigation from Bank of America and that I owe them money. I stated I did not have any bank of America account. They then gave me my name, address, birthday and last four of my ssn and said yes you do. I said no I don't The conversation continued and I said I know nothing about this and they claimed they sent a letter and I said no you did not. After some back and forth I said, my sister is a lawyer so please provide me with a case number so I can give it to her to look up. He stated that there was no court number as they were hoping to give me one more chance and work this out on the side. I told him this is not right and hung up on him. With in 10 minutes I had received an email that my credit score had decreased by 3 points so I logged into my Experian account. There was a credit check from The Calvery Firm. How in the world did this happen and happen without my full SSN. I called Experian right away to dispute this and they said, no looks fine to them. No explanation I gave them would even let me dispute it. I then called the number on the credit report for The Calvery Firm. I got a guy who played dumb when I said I want to find out who and why did a credit check on me. He said he was going to transfer me and I hung up. Only to be called back about 10 seconds later from a private number. It was the same guy from the so call Calvery Firm and he asked if the call got dropped. I said, no I hung up on you. My attorney will handle this and he literally yelled you should have your attorney do it Sherry and then used my full name including my maiden name and then said my full name again and the county I live in and that we got you now and he hung up.

I really hope someone can help me with this issue. Where are my rights. How do you find someone who is using all this false information on who they are and where they are actually located.
