I wanted to buy a cavalier puppy. Some breeders were selling them for $5000. I found thecavalierkingtime website had puppies for $800 and used term Discount on website. Had email communication with a Deborah Davidson. She wanted me to send all money upfront to a diffferent phone number and name, Alexis Watkins. I only sent $500 via Zelle. She wanted a screen shot of my transaction. I went to El Paso to pick up dog. She discouraged me and said could ship with nanny for $200. This amount was way too low for transport to my location. I went to the address provided in El Paso at the agreed upon time. No one was there. I called and made a police report. The person at El Paso police said there were other similar police reports regarding cavalier puppies. The El Paso police have done no follow up.
