I saw the ad on Facebook and made a purchase. I then read somewhere that this business was a scam and so I immediately canceled my order via email with the company. The person that I spoke with via email mentioned I would have my order canceled, but they proceeded to send me the items two months later and kept my money.

They did not even send the exact items that I ordered and is only offering 10% as a compensation for the order and I told them that I don’t want 10% and that I wanted a full refund. Pictures attached
