You submit payments to Clear Choice and they handle the pay offs. All of your personal information is collected by this group of people and it allows them to look up and have assess to your credit records.

The Address is a UPS store.(2312 Park Ave. Suite 230) Tustin California City Hall has no record of this estiblishment. Orange County Clerks office could not locate anything for this group of people.
