Signed my son up for the Cute kid contest and I paid $19.95 your supposed to enter to win a chance at 25,000 for college and I haven't been contacted about anything whats so ever about my purchase and I can not even locate on there website where his picture would have been uploaded to. I wish I would have done my research before hand because I came across hundreds of complaints of it being a scam. I honestly forgot that I entered him in this fake contest because I haven't heard anything at all until now when they randomly charged my card $9.95 I have know clue what the $9.95 is even for because I do not even have my card on file with them. I made the one time purchase with them for $19.95 and that pays for your photo to be entered in the contest and a free v.i.p. membership. So if I would have made any purchase for $9.95 I would have even go an email for what it was. No email, just a random charge on my account I guess they though I wouldn't notice. Some complaints say they started charging their card every month for $9.95 for a membership, when it clearly states the membership is free with the $19.95 one time purchase. If this is what they are randomly charging me for than why start now many months later? I contacted them through email and customer service and I didn't get any answers. along with the $9.95 I would want my $19.95 back but i know that is not going to happen. I filed a dispute with my bank also but that takes 10 business days. I just want them to know there is NO reason for them to still have my card info and NO reason to be making random charges with out my Authorization because this is fraud and everyone needs to know to stay away from them!
