I ordered this product over a month ago, I finally received ti damaged. The company never responded so I stopped payment on the charge. When they finally responded I sent them proof. I agreed to a replacement order and they never shipped it. They are outraged and threatened to send me to a collection agency and sue me for bank charges and damages. Now they say I cannot refuse an order that hasn't even been shipped saying I'm responsible for that order.
