I ordered a pair of pants from this company on Aug. 5. I received an email saying they had received my order and there was a delay in shipping so it would probably be 3 weeks before I got my order. When I hadn't heard from them in 8 weeks, I looked them up on Facebook and it said I could message them so I did. No reply. Then I sent an email, no reply. Then I posted a complaint on their Facebook page. I read there that others are upset and have gotten no return email and no refund for their order. This company was advertised on Shark Tank! People are saying the Company has gone out of business and a Chinese company has acquired their site and business illegally. A lot of people have been scammed!
