On March 15,2023 I placed the order with Enchanted forest for bridal bags and bridal slippers, and bridal robes! The merchant told me once I made the payment of $390.00, I will receive designs that I can choose from for my order! Once I made the payment of $390.00, the merchant, then stated I had to wait 30 days for designs! I asked for a refund because that was not what she stated to me at first she said I will receive the designs right after payment! Once I ask for the refund she told me she did not do refunds on custom me orders! I just wanted my money back because I felt like she was false advertising! She once again said she did not do refunds on custom, me orders and blocked me from all of her social media accounts!!!
