I made an online order to a small business on January 3, 2025, paid extra for shipping. After a week I tracked my order to find out my order hasn’t been shipped yet so I reached to the company they responded back with an excuse of them experiencing delay due to the company making a full move from one state to another state. I replied asking for a refund after going over their return policy, I never got a reply back regarding my order nor my refund.
