I contacted Justin King. He came over and assessed my dog. He set up a date to drop off the dog at his house. I gave him money paid in full for 30 days Boot Camp. It was One Thousand Eight hundred dollars= $1,800. Justin had Mickey a total of 3 days, and then he called me and told me he lost Mickey and that Mickey ran off. He lost my dog, a full-breed Pomeranian, That Mickey took off and the leash broke. At this time, he tells me my dog bit him 3 or 4 times by now. I was surprised seeing he is a professional dog trainer, and my dog has never bitten me. Even recently he bit at my son but never even broke the skin. I went out driving for over 2 hours and could not find my dog in the area where he was lost. Next morning same thing. Justin asked if I contacted the City shelters etc. Yes, I did. No Mickey. Finally late that day, I texted Justin as I was going to make posters of Mickey.He said he found Mickey. If I want to come and get him and take him home for a few days. Then we will re-assess on Thursday and I could bring him back on Friday to continue training. I picked up Mickey. I never heard anything all week. I gave Justin almost 2,000 dollars. I felt as if something is off. I sent a text Justin's way. He took about 1 minute, then he came back with a second text stating an emergency came up and he had to leave for Colorado. When he came come back, we could continue some type of training. The conversation ensued. At one point, I wondered about getting my money back or most of it at least. He never trained my dog and Mickey was with Justin for only 3 days. He starts telling me what he is going to do with my money. That he will train my other dog blah blah. This is not what we contracted for. I want my money back. And then Justin changes his Non-refundable amount to $1,000 dollars. It was 800 bucks on the form. But once again, he didn't even have Mickey for more than 3 days; when he lost him. This is a lot of money for me. I can't lose this. Help, please. Whatever the case, we contracted for a service I never got. I just want my money back..
