I placed an order on their website back in February. Money was taken order confirmation was sent. Nothing arrived no communication i sent countless emails and nothing bunch of scam artists.

At first I received a reply from customer service saying they ran out and more would be available in 7-15 business days but then they stopped replying to my emails. I keep getting an automated reply saying "Your request (#####) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." But they never reply or get back to me. The products I ordered was The Fadify 2.0 and The Perfectify which are both clippers for men's hair. They still claim to have them on the website and on Amazon.
