I received a tape recorded message. The call stated that I would be arrested if I did not return the call. The message was also saying that I am going to have charges pressed against me for a federal criminal offense, It never says what the offense is however, it does say that if I return the call I would be avoiding going before a magistrate judge or jury. Please tell me what I can do to avoid this type of call. This is not the first time getting one of these kinds of calls. I am a taxpaying citizen of the United States and have lived here most of my life. Would appreciate not being subjected to this kind of scam.
