Pool company scam!
Upon realizing the delay and due to an imminent move, I contacted Pool Factory to cancel the order. I spoke with Scott, who assists the owner Rich with sales. Scott assured me they could resell the pools or contact the factory in Fort Lauderdale to facilitate the sale. Additionally, he mentioned they could send a check for the equipment that was never purchased, which was two months ago.
I have communicated multiple times with Rich Tamberino, the owner. He requested an address to send the equipment check but has not responded since. I have called his cell phone, sent emails, and contacted the office (800-958-5088) numerous times without any response. When I call the office, a salesman who answers is unaware of the situation and claims to relay the message to Rich, but no follow-up occurs.
This lack of communication and failure to address the issue has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. My family is out all this money and has never received anything. This company is a bunch of lying frauds. Rich claims to be sick and had open-heart surgery, which seems like just another part of his scam.
