Beware and stay away! Our hotel was 4,230 They charged an extra 2,900 for “their services” Tried to charge us an extra $400 for the crib, which the hotel does not charge. We had to change our dates and they charged $1100 for that , which hotel does not charge When we called the hotel it rang to them for some reason and not the actual Marriott .. never again Now we are fighting all the extra charges

Please do not ever buy flight tickets from this bogus travel website. The company has several names Trippmaster, PCM Travels, Privatelowfares, Go and Go Travel Ltd. I was searching for flights to fly on Christm[censored]idays and chat with the sales person and gave my contact number. Someone called me saying he is the manager and the fares are $300 lower than UA website. What's more he reserved my UA flights, with a real confirmed reservation number for two passengers. And I had called the UAnto verify my reservations . To play it safe, I told that con man, I would pay for 1 ticket at a time, and only when I got my 1st e ticket, then I would pay for the other ticket. They sent me a suspicious link, which you need the authorization from bank to release the funds. However, right after I paid, and while I was awaiting for my e ticket, and I check my UA reservation, the reservation only has the names but with no itinerary. It means it's already inactive. I didn't get my e tickets and that manager just disappeared. I immediately called the credit card company to report the fake merchant and asked for reissue a new card.

Received email to confirm boarding passes. Phoned # and Jaxson told me my return flights were standby. Talked me into buying reissue tx. Turned out my original flights were valid and theirs (PCM Travel) were not. So I am out $258.48. Total scam

Hi this company is a travel agent supposedly. I purchased my Airline ticket from them for $1,700 sometime back in June 12 or 13th . They told me we are only going to take $500 and the remaining Balance of 1200 when we issue you the ticket. So the ticket was supposed to come two weeks after I made my reservation with them. They still haven’t send me the eTicket now they’re not answering my phone calls they’re not picking up there now responding to my messages or nothing. The first two days after purchasing the tickets they were responding and replying to my calls in my messages but when it Came closer for them to send me the ETicket Now they don’t response I found out the reviews for them after when I purchase a ticket and all the reviews from other customers and people are saying the same thing there fraud and scam. Can you guys do some thing and shut this company down there taking thousands of dollars from people and not issuing them there airfare eTicket. And I guess they have their offices in Texas United Kingdom and mostly I get calls from New York
