Nope! Nothing! I sent two more emails requesting a phone number to customer service! Nothing Nada!
I filed a fraudulent report w my credit card and provided everything. I explained to the credit card company that rest assured Flowers Directory would blame the florist etc. approximately 2 hrs later, I received an update from Shop that a partial shipment was sent...WTF! I ordered ONE thing and it wasn’t delivered.
I got the exact plant arrangement for 30$ less and guaranteed delivery tomorrow from 1-800-Flowers
What an [censored] thing to do...the arrangement was for my friends mother funeral!
If you didn't receive your flowers we will reach out to the florist to ensure they understand this and that they will be blacklisted from our network. In the meantime please reach out to [email protected] and let us know your order number and we can provide a refund and reach out to the florist.
I realize that this post was from awhile ago but I wanted to check in to see if you had everything resolved.

What we are learning and we wish we were told in advance is that Florists can be very particular and we are doing our best to work with Florists that are responsive and treat our customers the way that we would like them to be treated.
