Been getting calls 3 times a day from this outfit for several years, they must buy a bunch of numbers in all area codes, because you can call them back and request to be removed, but it never works.

The Fundraising center uses VOIP to call you, when you answer you get sent to the operator and they see your caller ID info, that's how they know your name. I like to have fun by turning off caller ID and then get nasty with them when they answer.

I'm pretty sure it costs them money when you get connected to their operator, so if you can stand it, answer the phone and wait until you get connected and then hang up. If everyone did this, it would cost them a lot of money.

These people have called me over the course of the last three years. They will not remove me from their call list. Being on the NDCL does not help. I get at least 3 calls a day and since I HAVE to answer my phone as I work from home and have people from all over the US calling me it is such a pain! I have blocked 139 numbers so far and yet they continue to call.

They have been calling me for YEARS, posing as a police charity. I even recognize the voice of the caller. I have NEVER donated, yet they continue to call- call-call. I hoped if I made it clear that they were wasting their time calling me, that they would give up. I was wrong. Now, the calls come from a robo-calling machine. The caller ID number is spoofed to make it look like a local area code, and is different every time.

This company is ruthless. I have called, followed the prompts to have my number removed, filed their numbers with the National Do Not Call Registry and I still receive at least five calls a day. I filed a complaint with the FCC and if this company had a legitimate name, I would file more complaints.

This is a nightmare. I have blocked no less than 50 numbers on my phone and all I get are more new numbers. It's harassment at it's worst. Every day, 5-10 times a day. I could cry it's been so bad and it has been months now.
Constant calls. Can't use phone anymore.

I am constantly getting robocalls from them. They found a loop hole that when they spoof a call from a new number they can continuously harass people so they can lie in court saying they don't own the number that contacted consumers. Well, I've had enough and went to find the company that is doing the calls. Turns out that this company is a fictitious business name and the actual company is called "Crown Management Systems LLC" and has now started "The Phase USA LLC" It's all attached to one John A Merritt. https://www.linkedin.com/in/phaseusa/
Their Crown Management Systems is just a storage locker and the number they have is no longer in service. If you want to get it to stop I suggest you message John A Merritt directly since he's ok with harassing people we can return the favor. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGBowha1Y1mbuLwMl15_l-g?app=desktop

They call every day and harass me for donations. It is a scam and they will not take me off the do not call list.

Two years ago I made the mistake of donating $20 to the National Patrolman's foundation. Now I receive calls from every tug on the heart strings cause ever invented. Altzheimers, Orphans, Homeless, Diabetics, Heart, Lungs. You name it! They have it! I have blocked each and every one of these calls after calling the number back. I get 5-10 calls per day from rural area codes near the Kansas City metro. AT&T has adecent free spam blocker but to no avail. This call center just comes up with new fake phone numbers. BTW, the National Patrolman's Foundation sends me a new bill every month or so to pay my past due donation which was paid by phone at the time of the call. Why isn't there more public outcry? WTF!?

+7

I've blocked their phone number but the Fundraising Center continually come up with new ones; constant harassments of 3 to 4 calls per day. I've asked to be taken off their call lists to no avail! This "charity" uses robocalls and should be illegal.

I, like everyone else, get calls constantly from the Fundraising center from a variety of numbers and can not stop it. I have blocked more than 70 numbers and still get two to three calls a day. I have gotten to the point of not answering and have missed important calls from my doctors office because of it. They are interrupting my life and it needs to stop.

They call several times a day, almost every day, from different numbers throughout the state in which I live. Opting out when you call back clearly doesn't yield results and I've asked to be taken off their call list, which they have ignored. I block each new call, but they still find another number from which to call. They suck.

These calls (1 to 5 every day) can't be legal.

The number changes, but not every time. I call back and get the Fundraising Center, and you can opt out of that drive, but they have a new drive every time. I can't believe someone is actually paying them to do this. But i'm sure these are AI calls so there is no real cost. Sometimes I try to keep them on the line as long as possible by asking dumb questions but eventually they just hang up.

There needs to be a lawsuit!

I actually have a spreadsheet with a list of numbers that call me and they aren't all identified as spam and I can't verify for sure they ALL come from The Fundraising Center but I will do a few things when I get these calls.

1. Answer the call and put myself on speaker and mute. I can hear a repeated response that sometimes has my name or has other phrases. I do VoIP work and help people with phone systems so very familiar with the sound of AI or recorded voices and how you are REALLY supposed to talk with someone you call.
2. On some occasions I will call the number back from a different number and get the message, "Thank you for calling the Fundraising Center..."
3. I will look these numbers up online but they don't always show as a scam number. The company that is using the numbers, I believe, rotates the numbers rather than spoofing the numbers like some worse scammers will do.
Rotating the numbers decreases the call amount detected so that they are less likely to be flagged as a SPAM number.

These calls started happening after I received a call from a campaign to donate to our local police. I didn't donate right away and asked for paperwork to be sent.
I delayed on the paperwork and got called a few times.
They sent more paperwork.
Eventually I did donate and after talking with the person on the phone and reading the paperwork, this campaign doesn't do anything directly for our local police.
It was part of a political fund (PAC?) for one to three specific people running for office nationally. These political people want to support local police through initiatives, laws, etc, (I don't remember the specifics).

So, basically, without knowing specifics about laws on this type of calling, I cannot say they are breaking the law. However, I have days where I have received up to five of these calls. I am on the Do Not Call registry and verified that. There should also be a way to Opt out of receiving calls from a 'campaign' even if they change their campaign so it isn't the same, I don't want the calls.

I haven't updated my spreadsheet for about a month BUT I just opened it up and the calls started about February 2022 and the list of calls (a good percentage are repeat numbers) goes to 271 as of today. I missed updating from August to September as well.

"I cannot say they are breaking the law... I am on the Do Not Call registry and verified that."
This act is illegal
"Under the law, consumers may add their names to a Do Not Call List. It's illegal for telemarketers to call those numbers on the list and those found violating this law face fines of $11,000 per call."

TFRC bombards my phone throughout the day and evening, I get 5-6 calls from them a day, it’s gotten to a point where I dread every time my phone goes off. Surely there’s a special place in hell for these people (using that term very loosely)

I have at least 20 to 35 blocked numbers calling and harassing me weekly and at least four daily. Please help me to stop these phone calls. How does one company get at least 200 phone numbers? When I call these numbers back within 30 seconds it says that this number was no longer in business please check the number and dial again.

My wife made the mistake of donating to a policeman fund a year ago. And now at least 3 to 4 times a day I get a call from the Fund raising center. I have cussed the out I have blocked numbers I have asked them to quit calling nothing seems to stop them. HELP

I am experiencing the same problems to make matters worse I work as a safety manager in commercial construction, it never seems without fail they call me when the most dangerous work is being done, crane use, trenching etc. I politely explained I don’t have a job where I can be bothered with do they care no. plus it seems to be the same damn [censored]. I’m so sick of them!

I am on the DNC list but I fell for one of their calls and now get multiple calls every day. I have tried opting out but they still call. If anyone files a lawsuit for harassment, count me in!

I've been getting calls daily for about 3 months now. They start as early as 8am and call as late as 7:30 pm. 3 to 5 calls a day on average. Typically when I call back it's just pre-recorded messages saying "This is the fundraising center" etc. Today I answered a call because it was the area code where I live. I answered and didn't say anything hoping to hear if it was the "fundraising center" or not. It was a real person this time. Who said and I quote "Hello Michele. Hello?... I love you Michele." And then hung up! I called the number back and sure enough I got the "This is the fundraising center" recording ! This is INSANE ! This is beyond harassment. It's creepy and a bit intimidating! I will say that this person did not sound like they had a foreign accent. So it's more than likely scammers here in the US. This is crazy.
At this point I'm concerned

I got a similar call from the Charlotte area, since that is one place I have no friends or family with, I didn’t confirm it was me when asked my name, they then said (my name) you are talking to a real person and hung up. Why can’t the Fed government put an end to these guys!?!?!

This is the number that called me 872-259-1026. My phone had them flagged as spam. My phone doesn't even ring if the caller is flagged as spam, just shows it as a missed call with a spam symbol by it. Searched online and shows the number is a VOIP from Chicago, Illinois. I spy-dialed them and a prerecorded message said 'thank you for calling the fundraising center, we are unable to take your call at this time'. From all the comments here I'd say they are scammers. I get a call from them every 2 to 3 months, always from the Chicago or just outside of the Chicago area.

Interesting it probably depends on the state you reside in, for me it’s always North Carolina, how can they go on. This is obviously harassment and is illegal

For several years I have been getting calls from this group, told them several times to not to call me again with no luck, still getting calls several times a day with over 20 numbers for them blocked. I think they rotate numbers using VOIP.

Please if there becomes a lawsuit against them tell me and I’ll gladly sign up!
