my story is like every1 else. I ordered 5 number painting have ordered b4 and products arrived so i reordered for a friend 3mths chasing them and not eve getting any reply anymore.
i didnt use paypal this time so will be struggling to get my money back.

I have tried contacting them multiple times about receiving my product and have not gotten a single response back. I would not trust this fake company.

I ordered a painting on January 5 with express shipping, they sent me emails about it being processed and shipped but when it had been over 2-3 weeks with no contact i asked them for a tracking number that works, they sent the same one they did before but it wouldn't work because it hadn't been shipped! a month later on February 9 they sent me an email saying they were trying to process it but they didn't receive a picture although i had sent one, even if i hadn't they shouldn't have sent me emails about it being shipped! i said i didn't want to wait longer i jus want my money back, they didn't reply, i sent one more and they still haven't replied! i spent over $30 Canadian. Never again am i ordering off this website!

I ordered a paint by numbers in October 2020. Received a tracking number after they charged my paypal and after a month of not having receiving anything I emailed them about it. They told me they do not ship to my country and will therefore give me a refund, and that it will show within the next 3 days. I was a bit disappointed but satisfied with getting a refund. It has now been 3 months since I was supposed to get a refund and I have not received any money back. I have emailed them 6 times about it and every time I get the same exact response saying that they are looking into it. I just need my [censored]ing 28 dollars back into my paypal gosh

You should be able to request a refund on paypal yourself, and PayPal should give it back. I read a different review about this and she said she just requested on paypal directly and hot her money back. Hope this works!

I ordered a reto tv phone holder for a Christmas gift for my son paid the express shipping! Order it Dec 14, 2020 it was supposed to be here before Christmas! I have sent them several emails and have not gotten a response yet! But they took my money out of my bank immediately! Total scam ! Do not by from them! I was out almost $40 and never got so much as a email in return! Scam! Scam!scam! Total 100% rip-off! I wish the police would get involved! I am about half tempted to let my lawyer know what has happened! But I am diffently for sure letting instagram know what kinda of business scam they are letting advise to there customers!

Ordered an item for $22.95. They gave me a tracking number that was never in tact. After one week of no item at my porch, I sent an email. They requested for my order name, email, shipping address, tracking number, order number, email? (like, what?), and a screenshot of proof of order. I soon get a replay that states,

"Hi there,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us!

I will check on this and get back to you once we receive an update.

Ordered a Paint by numbers. Received an order confirmation and was charged for the product. They sent me an email saying the picture didn't download. I sent them the new photo and got no response. Sent another 3 emails. They finally wrote back and said they were looking into this. I sent another 3 follow up emails with no response. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered the paint by number product July 2020. Recieved a tracking number, but the picture was not downloaded. Emailed them over 6 times immediately after purchase. Finally, recieved a recieved a response requesting download. Sent the download. Still did not recieve product after one month. The only way to contact them is through email. The tracking# shows package as delivered, however, I have not recieved anything. Emailed them another 6 times and have not received any response. I have also noticed they no longer have the paint by numbers listed on website and the help email address is no longer there.

I purchased a personal paint by number from a website. They have been advertised everywhere so I tried this website that was linked through Instagram. They took my money and gave me a tracking number but I have not received the product. I have been trying to contact the website using the only email they give. After 6 attempts and over 30 days later they say I have to re send the picture to complete the order. At this point since my order was never made I asked for a refund, refund policy states if order was not made then refund is applicable. They have ignored my email and no response. Very little information on the website just products that have been seen in Instagram ads. I lost money and have to change my bank information.

On July 20th I ordered a paint by number from the galaxy products, it said it had shipped but you can’t track it, there’s no number to call them and we’ve emailed them like 6 times and they won’t answer they respond to other people on Instagram comments but when I commented about our experience they deleted it and still wouldn’t answer us. I’ve messed them everywhere and they won’t answer, I’ve asked for a refund and we haven’t gotten it.
