I received an email from the geek squad thanking you for my payment of renewing a 12 month subscription for their. I guess it was online protection or something I never had an account with them. I did not sign up for a renewal of any account they did provide the phone number to call them and I did, and asked to cancel it and have that money refunded Went through several times trying to get what they called their cancellation form, and as I filled out the cancellation form, it continued to not go through. The gentleman had me check my bank account and see if it had come through. Check my Venmo account and see if they had sent it to me that way Number of which work and eventually he asked me to photograph my credit card for him which, of course I didn’t do I asked at that point to speak to his supervisor who I was very vocal with and told him that I was about to call the Better Business Bureau at which point - get this one - he told me he WAS the Better Business Bureau and that they had forwarded my question directly to the BBB!

So now I am calling you for real! I do have some other information from their email. They gave me a order number and an invoice number or something like that which I can provide you with if that might help
