I called the number listed on the email (800) 370-9354. I spoke with a foreign speaking male. He tried telling me that this was a valid account and the renewal amount was due.
My daughter took over the conversation. My daughter asked the male why would a legitimate company have a physical address at an apartment complex. The foreign speaking male hung up at that time.
