COMPLETE scam, and the clothes that show up are horrible quality!

HUGE scam, they do not send anything and if they do send something, it will be 4 months passed the return date. I received the wrong products, some missing, after 5 months and they will not refund/return because it is passed the return period.

Theglamlabco accepted my order in Jan, and after 2 months of asking for a refund with no response, they blocked me on social media and de-activated the support email. 3 months after i ordered, i received the wrong order with missing products and when i contacted them, they stated that it had been passed the return period, even though i had gotten the delivery less than 30 minutes before i contacted them.

What an absolute SCAM!
My order was never shipped. I've emailed them 5 times, contacted them via their contact form and even created an IG so I could DM them and they BLOCKED ME!
I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank and hoping to get some of the money back. DO NOT FALL FOR IT

I am convinced that this website is a scam and I wish I knew how to get it shut down because I know that I am not the only one, but anytime they post on social media sites, all of the negative comments from people who never received their things suddenly dissappear. I ordered a top on January 11th and the order has sat idle and unfulfilled ever since. I have emailed on several occasions and in the last email I sent, I asked if I could just get a refund unless they planned on sending me my merchandise but still haven't heard anything back. I feel like the positive reviews on their site are fake. This site is registered with after pay and I wish I could alert after pay so they could investigate because this is bogus and they took mine and a lot of people's money apparently.
Lesson learned i guess.

I ordered about $128 of product from them 1/8/21. I reached out several times to their contact email and once the email was even kicked back to me. They to this day have no fulfilled the order or answered my emails. Do not order. Totally a scam. The pic attached is from my shop app that tracks my online purchases. It’s still in a “order placed” status and it’s been over two months.

On December 11, 2020 I made a purchase from this company and bought 3 tops. Their website says 4-5 business days to receive a shipping number, I emailed them after the 5th day to see the status of my order and no one reached back to me. I then DMed then on Instagram to tell them I emailed them then a few more days passed and I still have not received anything from the company it has now been 13 days and I have emailed them 4 times and they have not gotten back to me. When I went back to Instagram to look at their account they blocked me and I can no longer see their post.

They blocked me on Instagram, too. I could see their posts until I said something about not receiving my items and now if I sign in on Instagram, their page suddenly dissappears and says it's unavailable though I can see it when I'm not signed in on Instagram.
On Facebook, I can't comment on their photos. So bogus!
