The item I purchased was never delivered. I didn't receive receipt, proof of fulfillment or shipping information. I contacted the customer service email and it is just automated and there seems to be no real person or system to fulfill orders. This is a scam where they have you pay for a 'glitter grenade' to be sent anonymously (in most cases) which likely allows them to get away with not fulfilling the order. In my case, my order was not anonymous and the item i purchased was never delivered with no proof of shipping or order. I received a receipt only from paypal that I made the payment.
