Online Purchase/Never Received/No Assistance When Contacted Mulitiple Times

I ordered a blanket that came with 2 pillow cases as well and also a (free blanket) on December 24th 2022. I paid $31 total for the purchase. The website promised 4-5 day shipping after packaging but it never showed, and never showed. I began contacting them through email because the website didn’t indicate any phone number to contact them. They basically beat around the bush the whole time. The emails I would receive back would come out really odd like words over top of words. The only thing I received was a small package with 4 stickers in it apparently from customs. Never heard anything back and now the website doesn’t exist.

I purchased "Glowy® - Plush Comforter Set ( 2 pillows and bed sheets included )" on December 24th, 2022 from the website and after the money was taken out of my account, I received a tracking number (UD612507224YP) that was for a random unrelated shipment. I reached out to the company with no response and then today (January 19th, 2023) received a package from Freetown-9, P.O. 150783, 117 Main Regent Road, Freetown, Sierra Leone with the same tracking number under the customs label. This package only contained four bandages (the ones intended to prevent blisters on your heel, thankfully unused bandages). I have disputed the charges with my bank but yeah, definitely not a comforter set.
