Jen is a complete thief. I paid $390 upfront for hair extensions and hair coloring. (That was my required deposit) to which she then canceled my apt 2 days after paying her, and then moving to Hawaii a week after that. I asked for a refund multiple times which she told me she had to process it through her bank and gave me a time frame. Once the day came that my refund should have posted, she looped back and said she would not be refunding me because she already bought my hair extensions. No word on why she would not refund the additional $90 for hair coloring since she never colored it. Originally she told me she canceled the hair extensions and confirmed the amount of refund as $390. She has yet to refund any money OR send me the hair extensions she says she ordered. Idk how she’s honestly still in business. Screen shots of our conversation proving she said my refund was being deposited, to her not owing me money and telling me to get a lawyer if I want my funds back are posted on her Facebook business page, Instagram and all of my social media accounts as her google page was removed
