Ordered and paid but socks never delivered

About one month ago, I ordered socks, received an order confirmation and later shipment confirmation, but 19 days later and still no product received. I went on their website and got a message that the website is "unavailable." I filed a dispute with AmEx to get my payment credited back to my account.

I have ordered a "lifelong supply" of socks. Sounds really nice, doesn't it?

Well, as usual, all things that sound too nice to be true turn out to be a scam.

First their support (which is being handled from a Gmail adress ??) has promised to send a second pair to my adress in Germany. As this one also didn't arrive they promised to send a third pair with a tracking number, which has also never arrived and then, wait for it, that Gmail support had disappeared completely.

This company seem to be simply a bunch of scammers and kids, trust me, never go for offers that sound too good to be true.

I saw thwir promotion on Instagram and purchased some socks online. After two months I complained that I never received anything and my order on their website always shows as 'ready for shipment'. They never replied to my emails. I tried the customer service online chat which states that they reply within a few minutes: I sent a first message explaining the problem with my order number, they replied five (5!) hours later asking for my order number (why? They already had it) saying they'd look into I and get back to me straight away... A week later I'm still waiting.
I've asked for a full refund but I doubt I'll ever get it.

Ordered socks back in Nov 2020. The socks which were ordered were never delivered and it took them months to refund the purchase. They tell you that the socks have shipped to your location numerous times but cannot ever provide a tracking # to prove it. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't know how to deal with their customers, and refuse to respond to emails. Don't order from these people. They will scam you with every ounce they have.

After viewing ad online. I proceed to purchase. Created an account to monitor my purchase. The purchase was processed and the money was deducted from my account. I wanted for confirmation and shipping I formation, they never updated any information. A few week past by never an email of any sort. I contacted their help desk and email them of my issue. They never solve the issue kept telling me that it will arrive soon. After waiting another week I asked for a refund Wich was never fulfilled It's been more than 3 months product never arrived refund never processed.
