I bought clothing from a company called The Happy Wind. It was an impulse buy and i quickly realized it was probably a scam, so i tried to cancel. They wouldn't cancel even though it had not been processed. I waited a week to see if I would get tracking and i did. When i got the swimsuit, it was not what i ordered and it was terrible sizing. The website claims free returns but they refuse to let me return it.
