The Hearing Co. advertises affordable hearing aids - my grandfather purchased a set worth $197 on January 29th, 2024. They have a 60 day money back guarantee however they require you to reach out to them to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We have called over 20 times, left 5 voicemails, and emailed their only email provided at least 5 times with the latest demanding a response without having got into contact or recieve one response from any agent of The Hearing Co.. The hearing aids we received were poor quality and not even functioning.
