We hired Natalie based on the Information and references that she provided to create a website, Brand and help us with our Social Media (Instagram). She took a $3000 deposit plus we traded a few hair services that I personally provided. She had us sign a contract but failed to deliver us anything by the promised Deadline. When requested a Refund, she accused me of Harassment and threatened to Slander me, my Wife and our Business. I also reached out to a few of her references and one of them reached out and said that they have never heard of her and have never used her for web services.
