I got an email titled Thank you for shopping at The Home Depot (which I had just recently did) It said take a short survey and I have won an Ipad so I stupidly did it. I clicked the link and it said I need to pay $4.95 for shipping. I entered my info and used a virtual credit card with not a large amount on it just in case this wasn't legitimate. I didn't receive any IPad so I checked my card charges and that"s where I found the www.goallnight. com and a phone number. I called the number and he said they represent a lot of companies. After inquiring further I was told that I paid the $4.95 for a health membership and that entered me in a free drawing for an IPad. I have never fell for any of those scams and won't ever again. He said he canceled the membership but I won't get the money credited back but I wont have any additional charges.

This site uses The Home Depot as their “front” name. I went to The Home Depot site to check and it came up legitimately until later when the site was unavailable.

It is a fake website impersonating the real Home Depot.
