I wanted to bring to your attention a serious issue affecting many women, including myself, who have subscribed to The Hourglass Society for $20 a month. Once we cancel our subscriptions, we lose access to the features we paid for during that month.

I've emailed previously and waited a week for a response, but haven't heard back. I even resorted to commenting on social media for help, only to be blocked along with others seeking a solution or refund. It’s disheartening to see the scammer actively posting about personal successes while many of us feel ignored and scammed.

I hope you can address this issue promptly, as it’s affecting a growing number of women
