For months now I have been bothered by phone calls on my cell phone. Started in June. I don't know who they are. It starts out as a recording. First they apologize for the phone call. States I overpaid the Illuminating company and gas company. I did not. Press one to speak with someone. I press one and a live person comes on the line. They are offering me $50. I tell them they are a scam. I told them to take me off the list and stop calling. I told them to put the $50 refund on the bill and stop calling. It comes up on my phone as scam likely. I have saved many of the messages. They call everyday 8:00A.M to 8:00 P.M. They call from different phone numbers but it is always a 216 area code. It is very frustrating. I feel they are trying to keep me on the line to get information. I hang up on them.
