I placed an order on DECEMBER 2023 for a digital radio and today is Jan 31 2024, and haven't received Radio or any refunds, and to make the matter worse,they blocked my phone calls. This seller is a SCAM.

I repeatedly contacted their customer service department and was told that the product was on the way.

I then asked for a refund and they said they would send it in 2-3 days. However I never received the product or the refund.
