I requested my promised refund the same day I ordered once I realized I wasn’t receiving physical books and then when the recipe I first opened had sugar and regular flour; these are not the ketosis recipes I was expecting. After 7 requests for full refund they have not provided me with my promised full refund. They stopped responding when I asked for a supervisor and included a copy of their fraudulent advertisement.
I reported them to THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ref #: 96553649.
Don’t get scammed. If you already have been please file with the FTC (https://www.ftc.gov) and the BBB. Facebook should also be held accountable for allowing scammers to advertise.
