I was contacted by him on May 12, 2018 and he offer me to help cut the grass(very small back yard and side strip by the house and small area on front of the house) it used to be cut for $15.00, He called me and promised to get estimate first and let me know if I am okay with any way later on he text me that grass has been cut and it will cost about $125.00 up to $150.00, I told him that price is not fair because it is unreasonable for that small area, later he invoiced me for $200.00. Also he threatening me that if I do not pay full amount, he will put lien against my property. I told him I used to pay $15.00 and this is unfair , if you have told me that you promised I would not accept this.
